Over the past few years, I have come upon a few key free PDF documents. I have taken the opportunity to provide them here in order to save you the difficulty of going elsewhere to get them. So far as I know, they all available to be shared freely. 
Billy Meier Contact Reports in the Eng1ish Language
This is a large PDF (14.5mb) that is 1863 pages long, and has many of the over 500 contact reports written by Billy Meier since the 1970's. Contact reports prior to the 1970's which go back to the early 1950's were recollections provided to Billy from his ET contacts. The latest report in this file is number 489 from March 1, 2010. These contact notes are not always in a proper form and are therefore offered on an as is basis.

This is a PDF (3.0mb) that is 416 pages long, containing Billy Meier contact reports spanning the timeframe of May, 1978 to July, 1980. These contact reports are numbers 107 through 132 and were translated by Benjamin Stevens, copyright 2012. These contact notes are not always in an exact proper form and are therefore offered on an as is basis; nor is the original German text provided as is normally required by FIGU, but still a very good read for English speakers.

Goblet of Truth --by Billy Meier (partial book to Chapter 20 of 28)
Provided here, in part, is the Billy Meier's work called the Goblet of Truth and the license thereto. It is considered vital that you have the license to the Goblet of Truth aside from the book itself. This is only a partially completed version going to chapter 20 of 28. The rest will be translated and provided later...hopefully. That which is provided is still to be considered as a preliminary translation.

Provided here is the final part of Billy Meier's work called the Goblet of Truth and the license thereto. It is considered vital that you have the license to the Goblet of Truth aside from the book itself. This PDF comprises chapters 21 through 28 . I note that there are some problems with this 2nd PDF; they employ the use of a non-word, truthly. I think they meant truthfully. There are some other questionable translations from the German to English. This PDF is still to be considered a preliminary translation and is offered on an as is basis.

Talmud Jmmanuel
This version of the Talmud Jmmanuel is not an official FIGU approved copy, but it's the only PDF I know of currently available. It does not have the original German language text side-by-side with the English text as is normally required by FIGU. The 36 chapters that comprise the Talmud Jmmanuel appear to be complete, but there is much content that has been added to this PDF and the page numbers do not match the original printed book which will create confusion. As always, this document is offered on an as is basis.

Introduction to the Wingmakers
This fascinating PDF comes from the enigmatic website of a group calling itself the "Wingmakers". This one is strange enough that I can't really provide much comment on it at this time. Al Bielek, of Philadelphia Experiment fame even refers to having had certain interactions with the Wingmakers in his audio commentaries.

None Dare Call It Conspiracy
This PDF is courtesy of Alex Jones (inforwars.com). Written by Gary Allen with Larry Abraham, this book is perhaps the original book on the ongoing worldwide New World Order conspiracy first printed in 1971. You will find that this is not a perfect copy of the original book as it has many spelling errors owing to the conversion software used to convert the typewritten text to a digital form for this PDF. Nevertheless it is a classic.
